Yes. Call Cardinal Points, and you’ll talk to someone on-site who will be able to help you. We are located in the southeastern United States, and are on U.S. Central Time.

The experts at Cardinal Points have over 60 combined years of experience dealing with worldwide sourcing. Our company began importing in 1992.

What is worldwide sourcing?

How can you help me with importing?
We get your information on exactly what it is you need, and use our expansive knowledge and expertise to get it to you. From sourcing, to shipping, we can handle it all.

Do you deal in finished product importing?
Yes. Cardinal Points can source finished products direct to your door, or can arrange for shipping to your customers. From small items to large, Cardinal Points can help you with importing finished products.

What about negotiating?
Our experts get the most advantageous terms for you. We have experience in negotiation with all types of vendors throughout the world.

What if I need to import parts?
Cardinal Points can help there, too. No matter how specialized the part, we can source it.

Do you just find the companies abroad and give me a contact?
No. You will deal with Cardinal Points throughout all facets of the importing process. We do the hard work for you, and we will be your contact from beginning to end.

Can you provide references?
Yes. We are only too happy to provide you with a list of satisfied clients.

What is your fee structure?
Cardinal Points charges a percentage based on the final sale. We go to great lengths to accommodate your needs, and only bill you once your are COMPLETELY satisfied. Commitment to your satisfaction is what sets Cardinal Points apart.

Can you help with product development?
Yes. Cardinal Points has the personnel and expertise to conceive and design products for you. We are also able to handle prototype creation and short-run manufacturing.  

What about sample creation?
Cardinal Points is able to do short manufacturing runs domestically for samples of your product.

What about confidentiality?
At Cardinal Points, we realize you may have highly sensitive intellectual property and business strategies. Our clients depend on our confidentiality to maintain their competitive edge. Your designs, concepts, ideas, plans, trade secrets, and other information critical to your success stays between you and us.

Do I retain all intellectual property rights on concepts and designs?
Yes. Cardinal Points will not demand any intellectual property rights of items we help conceive, design, or manufacture. They will all stay with you.

Do you have warehousing and shipping facilities?
Yes. Our warehouse assists with protecting your investment. We can also help with efficiently shipping your products wherever you need them to go.
